Training Program
Training Levels
Three distinct levels designed to take you from your first session to professional competition.
Persistent Start
BeginnerDesigned for those with no prior experience in MMA or martial arts. It is also ideal for individuals who are not yet physically conditioned, as well as anyone over the age of 30 looking to begin their journey in combat sports. Coach Samir will help you build a strong and reliable foundation. Every technique is selected to deliver maximum effectiveness while requiring minimal physical attributes. The focus is on efficiency, safety, and long-term development.
Persistent Combat
IntermediateOur intermediate-level group. This class is intended for students who already have experience in boxing, wrestling, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, or other combat sports, as well as athletes who have successfully completed the Persistent Start program and are ready for more advanced techniques and transitions. Training becomes more dynamic and technically demanding, allowing students to expand their skill set while continuing to refine their fundamentals.
Persistent Performance
EliteThis is the highest-level group within the team. Most members actively compete, ranging from regional amateur tournaments to professional events. Here, all technical, tactical, and strategic knowledge is integrated into a complete MMA system. Our goal is to enter competition with a clear understanding of what to do in every situation. Persistent Performance athletes represent the elite of the team. They are the backbone of the community and serve as an example for all other members. Progress and accountability are taken seriously. If an athlete begins to regress, Coach Samir may temporarily move them to a lower-level group to rebuild fundamentals and correct technical mistakes. Once improvement is demonstrated, they return to their previous level. Likewise, advancement is always possible. Many students have started in Persistent Start and worked their way up to Persistent Performance. Several athletes have gone from complete beginners to outperforming more experienced competitors and achieving their goals within just six months.
